N2751A InfiniiMode 差分探头是新一代低成本差分有源探头,与 Keysight InfiniiVision 和 Infiniium 示波器的 AutoProbe 接口兼容。 它采用了新的操作模式,通过一个探针方便地测量差分、单端和共模信号,无需重新连接探头来改变连接。 N2751A 探头的 InfiniiMode 提供了以下操作模式。

  • A – B(差分)

  • A – 接地(单端 A)

  • B – 接地(单端 B)

  • (A+B)/2 – 接地(共模)

快捷式示波器控制

内置于探头的快捷式示波器控制功能可以让您开关探头的前照灯或控制某些常用的示波器功能,例如运行/停止、自动缩放、快速打印、快速保存等,只需按下探头上的按钮即可。

测量通用性

这些探头集成了当今通用的高速差分探测所需的许多功能和特性,特别是在数字系统设计、元件设计/表征和差分串行总线测量方面。 N2751A 系列差分探头提供 2:1 和 10:1 双衰减设置,适用于广泛的应用场合。 双衰减范围根据输入信号的大小自动配置。 这些差分探头具有 200 kΩ(差分)或 100 kΩ(每个输入单独接地)的输入电阻和 700 fF 的极低输入电容,最大限度地降低了电路负载。 凭借出色的信号保真度,该探头适用于大多数数字设计和调试应用。 而且,凭借宽动态范围(10:1 衰减比时为 10 Vpp)和偏置范围(±15 V),这些探针还可用于广泛的模拟信号测量。
